This guy HaX420 is a big cheater, I buy it $24 reseller account as it looked very cheap, I said good deal by putting all the trust on local Romanian company Voxility. My mistake. I live in Romania so I need it best possible ping time. Well, I was wrong with xhostfire.com because although I noticed some issues, today was hitting the maximum downtime I ever heard for a web hosting company : 5 hours and counting !!! I contacted theme with ticket and after one hour I got this from xhostfire HaX420 : "In the normal course of business, we expect there may be occasional problems. " I asked for refund and they don't want to refund me ! I can put some words for search engines : HaX420 cheater , cheater HaX420 , cheater xhostfire.com , xhostfire.com cheater.
They got the worst luck with me because I live in Romania so I have rights here. I will make a full report to Romanian Voxility.com company and to the owner of the server they rent the VPS from.
So xhostfire is a big scammer , scam xhostfire.com, scam HaX420 .
Is this a joke? Downtime does happen occasionally.

I agree, that downtimes happens to every host, hell my website was down yesterday for about less than an hour because of server downtime and my host provided an extra 15 days in my billing period just because. If hosts can't compensate their customers for long unexpected downtimes then they are basically shit hosts and can't run a hosting company.
Most people wont put "Cheater" in a search engine when looking for SCAM sites....
Anyway they should refund you since its in there policy but every host has downtime.

7 hours continuous downtime is normal ?? It was a reseller account , imagine 100 sites down for 7 hours ! They would quit the services imediatelly not to say complains. This guy is in jopardy of losing Romanian server/vps facilities, got reply from Voxility where he hold the VPS asking for suplimentary details to take actions. Your choise scam HaX420 , scam xhostfire.com.
Pretty sure they're hosted on BuyVM, who ARE doing maintenance && switching DC.

Put SCAM in your title of this post, and than start your sentence with SCAM ( the hosting company ) in the post... You`ll see how fast it will rank since its on HackForum for those keywords :)
Like : "Cheated by xhostfire" is no.1 at the moment.
Problem solved after 24H, service is back online. For how long is the question ?

Why would you host 100 people's websites on a Reseller account ?
Shows how cheap you are .
You should get a dedicated server if you are dealing with that many people.
