This seems as though you are saying I am not trustworthy, when in fact, I request a certain picture when we deal as proof that you have redeemed the game to your steam, this is incase the game gets removed the guarantee that I promise will be valid.
Anyone who has dealt with me previously will know what I am talking about, this user forgot to take this picture thus making the guarantee void.

There was no scamming or anything, this is merely mistake on the buyers part.
