forwarded port still closed

Today i bought a new router for forwarding ports.........
i forwarded port 1604 for darkcomet using my tplink TL-WR740N router.............
but i'm getting connection refused or port closed in canyouseeme.org and other sites (while listening).....
its not only for darkcomet but all ports (which i want to forward)..........
my attempts
1.exception in firewall
2.disabling firewall
3.disabling windows defender as i don't have any antivirus
4.enabling/disabling UPnP
5.port triggering
6.DMZ
none helps.......i'm right now fu*** up
my router is new just got in hands..........so that's sure there is no problem in router......
forwarding ports using router doesn't seem anything worthy as i'm getting same results from canyouseeme when i had no router......

The problem is probably coming from your router, as in you did not portforward correctly.
To fix this problem, i suggest you buy a VPN which supports portforwarding, you can forward your ports from there.
Is Canyouseeme even denying port 80? Have you tried using other port listening sites? If you've done all these, and it still wont connect, it's probably your router. You should try listening to port 1604 through upnp through uTorrent. If that still doesn't work, you'll need to buy a VPN which supports port forwarding. I would recommend either Cryptic's VPN or nVPN. They're both pretty cheap per month, around $5.
canyouseeme allowing port 80 and yes i used others sites like yougetsignal..
as i said my router is new and i'm getting same results like 'connection refused' not timeout when i had no router..
i have software called tunngle it use 11155 port....i forwarded but still closed..it seems its blocking port which i want to forward just like without router..
any solution?
Get a vpn
If you are going to rat someone without a vpn then you are just stupid. and I hope you get caught when you ignore this advice
i will get a vpn..
but i want to know what is the problem occuring in manual port forwarding in my settings?

You said you had this new router? Can you tell us what's your modem model? Maybe your modem is infact a router too therefor you're behind a double NAT...
Thanks to Link0207 for my L33T membership and devi01 for my Ub3r membership<3
