you can open .cs files in any editor program fine. However what do you mean by 'practice source code'?
like source that i can edit and work on my c# skills.
i would love to get a key logger source, super simple that i can add on to

Why not learn how to do them from scratch rather than taking someone else's work and then just slapping on some extra code and calling it yours? That's what I get when I see people write what you wrote.

Open up another book and learn a different aspect of C#, why not do some research and attempt to build from scratch. That's how you get most of your experience.

because i like to see how something was done, then understand every part, then build from scratch.

Understandable from that point, what I quoted you on seems to make me think differently.

Try and go through Github and find source code there.

This seems like a pretty legit site: http://www.sourcecodester.com/c-sharp

I personally prefer http://www.codeproject.com/ projects, usually professionally made and is always a good read.
