Unfortunately I don't have any coding/development experience. I do just the Photoshop part.

I like it, it's very simple and good looking. However, the idea is missing some uniqueness.. I've seen quite a lot of similar websites. Very nice though.

There's no point in knowing how to mockup websites if you don't know html nor css. Learn them both, and study shit on dribbble but don't STEAL from those pretentious fucks either. No wait fuck dribbble learn from smashingmagazine and the /r/webdesign subreddit. We don't want everyone running around with minimalism and flat ui shit everywhere.
I personally like the look of it, but it seems too much of a one-page website to me and they are annoying to me.
9/10 for graphics though :)
You do a nice job with your presentation, but you definitely don't have enough padding and I can already tell that the website will look crammed together when it's done. Try to better utilize spacing and padding next time.

It's just a wireframe, it's to present the way elements are supposed to be placed and function in the real thing. It's just so the client can get an idea.

The final design:
the "security is our main factor" looks really out of place.
I don't like the sub-title font choices either.
