After creating my new eBook this user sent me this message:

I agreed to sell him for half-price because my sales thread was BRAND new and I wanted to get some reviews to hopefully boost the sales. He sends the money without a problem and we are both happy.

Later I checked out my paypal account and notice that the payment this user sent me is marked as "held."

I love how he put his name as a little note. it really helped me verify that it was him who held the payment. Thanks for making this easier.

I message him and ask why the payment was held and this is what he replied with:

First of all, my guide isn't public knowledge, I know this because I came up with this guide all by myself and I would NEVER sell any LQ content to you all. Secondly, even if you didn't like the eBook or it didn't work for you(this is the only user that has given me any problems) then that doesn't give you the right to hold the cash just because you didn't like it. That's like buying a brand new tv, claiming you don't like it, and taking it back to the store to get your money back while keeping the tv. Its just not right. Also let me add that if you are so pathetic that you would scam for $2.50, then you really need to get a real job. Even though the amount of money that was scammed is small, it is still indeed a scam, and ALL scammers should be punished.
I will remove this thread when I get the money you owe me.
That is all.

I still have not received any money from this user. Hopefully this all gets settled...

I came up with this method 100% by myself and have searched everywhere without finding it so I'm sure it's not public knowledge. How he explainedmy eBook was completely inaccurate. He just doesn't know what to do because he got caught scamming.

Well, it was sort of your fault for purchasing the eBook Maxi- you shouldn't have purchased it until it had some vouches/reviews which were HQ. It was sort of your fault and you shouldn't have disputed before asking.

But still, @French- you shouldn't have sold a known method on here. So I think, being a kind guy- you should refund Maxi and close the dispute.

I purchased it as a review copy, discounted aswell.
I am tempted to just post this guide here because its public anyways.

I am going to close the dispute as people are neg-repping me for this without knowing the story
