While the brand of OmniCoins sounds pretty cool actually. I can't say I'm a fan of my cartoon image being used. From an asthetic point of view I don't think it will scale well. Also if I was you and you really want to pay homage then use purple in the icon. Maybe a purple letter O would suffice instead of the cartoon. A gold coin with a purple O, or maybe silver. I just think a better image could be made that might have more universal appeal.
I think that's because you have my image in it. You might stand a chance for usage if you actually listen to me for branding.

btw, and I'm going to make a topic about this. But the .cc extension seems perfect for Crypto Currency. :)

don't use the inbuilt miner use cgminer instead. The amount of time it takes depends on your hash rate and if you are using a pool or not.
Does anyone setuped any pool for it , I would like to mine with my all slaves.

I'm sure you could. When you were mining at my pool it was basically 90% of the network hashrate. Not much competition, hah.
But I won't close registrations unless another pool appears.
Personally, I like being able to solo-mine without much issue. It makes things easier for me in having more control over the process. I'd really like to start a pool, though. I think it would be a good project, and it would allow me to give back to the community more. Sounds like a project I may try and take on down the line.

At 4Mh/s, before I had to give it back, the 7950 along with my GTX 660 had me account for close to a fifth of the network. 😝
Aurora still needs to tell BitcoinTalk about us. It's necessary to do it immediately, along with taking Omni's suggestion on the branding, if we want OMC to be taken seriously outside HF. If we can get it some sort of value outside HF, it'll help all of us.

When I first started and I ran getmininginfo on the network the network hashrate and my own hashrate were exactly the same. I was the network, lol.
