Don't think So. Unless sufficient evidence is provided to Prove this. And Nah, you are Wrong here. People Change ,specially over a forum, within minutes. It won't even take them a day to change their sides and flip to bad ones.

Dude should have used middle man he's been on a scamming spree he probably sold his account also. Because he "was" legit before. Sorry for your loss OP and I hope you find a way to get back your money.

ah thanks for the advice I will use it in the past :) but he seemed to be legit. no scam reports or anything :/

Moe' should send you the money back ASAP. It's not his money. If I were you, I'd take legal actions in order to get your money back. That's exactly what I would do.
