I just want to say this is a noble and respectable thing the group is doing, and it's truly a great idea.

However, in no where in the recruitment thread or this thread I saw any requirements about any graphic knowledge. What makes you guys qualified to review other peoples' graphics? How do we know that you possess knowledge, that you are even going to charge people for your reviews, when there's a RMG section?

It's a little ironic that you review other peoples' graphics, yet your thread probably needs more reviews than the ones you guys are going to critique. I am not saying you have to excel at graphics in order to critique others. What I am saying is that looking at the recruitment design, you probably do not possess enough knowledge in the fundamentals of design, to be at the position to give paid critiques to others.

Everytime I write a review I offer my services for free, I have explained to https that I am not a professional at anything but I am decent at everything (within reason) I myself have been doing graphics for myself and others in the past, not much on HF because it's not a passion of mine but I believe I can fairly review designs well enough for a free service.

People come to US for a review, we do not go around offering our services in every thread like some others (I have no problem with those who do). I do what I do because I enjoy it, mine will always be free unless for some ungodly known reason I need to take time off work to research a current review, then maybe I will want some sort of compensation.

Anyways what I am trying to say, we all signed up for this in our own time, I am speaking on behalf of myself, but if the others are anything like me, we signed up to help, not for any sort of monetary value.

Many of our group members are avid fans of graphics and are great designers, I agree that the thread design is a bit low quality, I went and made it by myself, I am not a Picaso in Graphics, but I try my best.

If people WANT us to review their graphics, we try our utmost best to give them our best and honest constructed criticism.
