CONGRATS TO:
qwantum
He has succesfully cracked the code, although there were some others that were just too close, but rules are rules.
I've just awarded qwantum with his $50 prize!
Thank you all for trying! I really hope you attempt the next challenge and if you wish to be notified of when the next one will be posted, message me! :D
HOW WAS THE CODE MADE!?:
The code: GAAOSFO PT FHJE ERMDQJON OAQBB
The answer: MESSAGE ME YOUR FAVORITE QUOTE

Hello HF! :D
I have finally saved up enough for another one of these contests! :D
This time, I've decided to only have 1 code to crack for 1 prize($50).
Hopefully this one isn't too easy and at least gives you a challenge haha.
Previous Challenges:
Challenge #1
Challenge #2
Challenge #3
Good luck to all of you and happy cracking! 🎉
Hints:
- Below are some examples that can help you
- A password is not required to decipher the code.
- The code to be deciphered isn't random words/letters, it's a sentence. :]
- Pay close attention to the posts on this thread since they may contain other helpful hints! :D
- Pay close attention to the hints! I will post new hints randomly, but i'll most likely give you a heads up with a new post on this thread. :]
- Once you realize how it works, you'll realize it really wasn't complicated at all.
- Just as an example, if you count Caesar shift as 1 method of encoding and geometric ciphering as another method, then there would be a total of 2 methods used for this code. (only one of these mentioned were used along with another method.
- 1/25/14 | Alphabet | Word (Opposite day | Uses the English alphabet | Pertains to the individual word)
- Last two letters are "TE" & first letter is "M"
- Lutan is ridiculously close to cracking the code, but has yet to post about it. Hopefully he'll offer you a tip. :]
- It's not a question nor is it a statement, it's more of a command. :]
- Once you've successfully cracked the code it will tell you what to do, once I see that you have cracked it and done what it has asked, boom! you've won! ;D
1st Example:
Input: HACKFORUMS
Output: IFNZKVSPDR
2nd Example:
Input: HELLO WORLD
Output: NBJTG IGNJC
3rd Example:
Input: CRYPTO TEST
Output: ROZQAR CZDK
The Code:
GAAOSFO PT FHJE ERMDQJON OAQBB
*If you would like to be notified of when these challenges/contests will be posted, please PM me! :D*
Good luck again & Hope you guys enjoy! :D

Wow good luck to everyone lol :P
Already stuck lol
1st Example:
Input: HACKFORUMS
Output: IFNZKVSPDR
2nd Example:
Input: HELLO WORLD
Output: NBJTG IGNJC
3rd Example:
Input: CRYPTO TEST
Output: ROZQAR CZDK
There's the same amount of letters in the input as the output so I'd say each letter would be assigned to another letter, however it doesn't seem to be the case as H(ex1) would be I and H(ex2) would be N... Also that would mean W is also assigned to I. Hmmm.. Looking forward to other responses. Are we allowed to help each other out? xD
I will be trying this :D It looks like fun! It'll be a huge challenge

Go ahead and help each other but be warned, the first to crack and submit the successful input will be the only one to receive the prize.

This is a really tough one OP, good job. I don't think I'll be able to figure it out, but good luck to everyone else.
This makes no sense to me.
1st Example:
Spoiler (Click to Hide)
Input: HACKFORUMS
Output: IFNZKVSPDR
Am I not understanding this right?
you can't get that input with the output. It does not work?

There is a method to the madness, but the tricky part is figuring it out. ;]

Lol, if only it were that easy!
I'll give this a shot OP, I've been trying for 20 minutes but it's really complex, I'm stuck in tunnel vision counting syllables and spaces, and amount of characters etc.

hahaha, this is definatly less intense than that ha. If you can't get it now, wait for a better hint. :]
