What code? Just first allow the app indicated on the page then click the 2nd link on the instructions and copy the url and paste in the textbox for access token.

For post id, get the status link and the numbers on the address bar is your post id.

You need both postid and commentid to make it work. Check the link to get the comment. Make sure you click the timestamp of the comment to get the link with comment id.

Make sure you input both postid and comment id. I just tried it and it worked. The likes are few because the tokens are expiring, it'll get more later, once the users re-entered their tokens again.

I posted a comment on a fan page. Is the comment like working on fan pages? and one more question. is there a time interval using this? I mean every 10 mins, 30 or 1 account per day something like that.

There's no time interval. But probably you can wait 1-2 mins. Make sure the fan page post is set on public, unless it won't work.
Btw, currently under maintenance, transferring hosts again.
