Hey,
I've just made this userscript which adds a new tab into HF. In this tab you can add sub-forums of HF by clicking the star in front of its name (see picture), it will automatically add the forum to the Favorite tab using jQuery.

Drag and drop (1.0.7):

Preview subforums:
Features: - Add forums by staring them
- Stars in Favorite tab forums are linked to their original forum
- Sort your favorite forums by dragging the forum-title (see picture) to another forum
- Uses jQuery to add/remove/sort tabs, thus no reloading needed anymore
Information: - Only tested on Chrome/Firefox
- Works on all 3 HF themes
Download (version 1.1.1) / Last updated (05/08/2015):

Please post your thoughts and bugs you find,

I like the concept of it, great share!
It probably wouldn't bother the regular user of this script, but would it be possible for you to create a GUI similar to something like [Userscript] Design Customizer - Customize the look of HF! by 1n9i9c7om? I'm a complete fan of using a Userscript that is VERY useful, yet I don't know if it is actually running until I don't have it, you know? Like, I hate seeing the stars next to the sections. 8| For the GUI, perhaps you can add a checkbox next to each section and sub-section of Hack Forums. It might be a bitch to add, as well as a long list, but like I said, it'll clean everything up.
Thanks for creating this script, it's pretty sweet, I must say.

Hoping to get a response from you whether it works or not :)
Will be updating it tonight, currently implementing jQuery-based functions.
I'm using this right now. Looks neat, I don't have to switch tabs now!

Awesome, thanks for the feedback. Are you using Firefox by any chance?
Also, updated to 1.0.7. See changes spoiler for further details.

Yes, I'm using it with Firefox. Works like a charm, haven't found any problems.
Just installed this, it's amazing! Simple yet very effective.
As a suggestion, could you make it so you can hide the stars? Cause now that I've got my favourite forums starred, I don't really need them anymore so they're only in my way :P

Okay, I might add it. Should it hide the stars on the Favorite tab too?
