Does anyone know where I can purchase one or something that is good for price and quality?

eGo CE4's can be bought pretty cheap on eBay, wouldn't call it high quality though.

This is a really great vaporizer, it comes with two pens, but I'm pretty sure you can buy a single one. I'd look for UK sellers of the Kanger EVOD.

I took it as a general statement not just ebay, the '.co' in '.co.uk' does stand for commercial as well, however, no '.com' is not an American domain.
