Hey, I have ratted a few guys with knifes on csgo ect. Worth quite alot.
How can I transfer the items to my account?
The best way should be when thay are AFK and you control the there's computer right? Like put in all the skinns ect and press Accept.
Or can they get the items back? Thanks
If you RAT them, you can control their computers. Otherwise, you can log into their account.
I would just take their e-mail and Steam account and change pw's and stuff and fast transfer the knives,
Altho, it's so sad for them who have bought/got knives, haha.

You cant do that, you cant trade items for 7 days if you loggs in from a diffrent IP adress. Its the only way I think.
Then you need to control their computer so it is logged on from their IP address.

Don't think you can give other steam users the games/etc, but you can change the info, and doing it on the victim's pc is the best way.

Reverse socks proxy == profit. 👍
Some rats can make your victims be proxies this way you can do it from your own pc :)
Also, I'm quite sure Steam can find out who he traded with, so your account might be banned and your IP logged and you could end in bigger troubles if it ends the wrong way :)
Advice:
Buy a RDP, download Steam on it, make a new account and buy CS:GO. Use that account for all this. Then transfer from that account your own.

Yeah I did that, with my real steam... So this guy called me in the middle of the night saying hes gonna make a police report. But I talked to him and he got no proof of anything. I just stole his Knife and such when he was Afk. (Dont know what RAT's are) His Thoughts).
But then he realise that he cant go to the cops and starts threatening me :)

if you have some money , buy the steam stealer in my signature. it sends automaticly trade offer to you with the items. otherwise u have to wait them to go afk :L
