We offer top notch customer support if needed and provide unique, custom templates and web domains for all customers to use. With constantly updating software, you're never going to miss out. Look forward to some new features entering Epic Java shortly as well, such as; - Page Views Tracking - Add your own private domains automatically - Update dashboard stats on refresh instead of re-logging. - Troubleshooter (Will identify problems with your JDB) - Fallback method for the silent (will go to traditional if java version is 17 or lower)

If I use the Silent applet and the user has an updated version, will it show the "run this time/Always Run" or whatever? I do not want that. Will definitely buy if it does not include this.

Will definitely buy if it does not include this. They would see the permission slip regardless if they have an Updated Java, silent or traditional. Our V2 update however which will be released later this month will feature a similar setting as well as a few others listed here, but many more; - Page Views Tracking - Add your own private domains automatically - Update dashboard stats on refresh instead of re-logging. - Troubleshooter (Will identify problems with your JDB) - Fallback method for the silent (will go to traditional if java version is above silent thresholds) - more stability.

So for the silent version they will see the slip, but it will run anyway? How long does it take for the S/JDB's to finish installing? Would I be able to copy a site like adf.ly to make it more enticing for users to wait if it takes awhile to install? If they have a higher version of Java then is supported by our Silent applet (7.17) then the permission slip will appear. Running the applet manually of the silent JDB will not work as it is designed to only run silently if it meets the correct parameters. Our traditional JDB is also running still for Java version 7 Update 45 (7.45) and lower. The traditional applet will always show the permission, and applet. The JDB's speed performance is based on how large your file.exe is. a 1mb file will take a second or two longer then 400kb for example, varying with different internet providers, VPN's, etc. Adf.ly is not recommended for any malware usage.

I'm asking if they DO have a java lower than the requirement to run silently and the silent is enabled, will they see the permission slip? And on the Adf.ly subject, do you have a template that is similar to Adf.ly in the aspect that it has a timer or some other way to keep them on the site for the file to run? Yes they will end up seeing the permission slip on silent if they do not have the right java versions, is what I mentioned above...
In the future the silent applet will redirect to traditional upon failure. We will consider your Adf.ly template idea, I'm sure this can be done in the future.
