I've used this method myself in 2010 and I made over 500M from it. This was over a week period of playing 5+ hours a day. It involves hunter.

It's short and simple, and gets the method across in the shortest way possible.
Personally I wouldn't pay for it.

Ah okay lol, I've seen people try to "sell" those. Quit Runescape last year but played from 2004-2013, just out of curiosity what do you do?
