I used Earn's theme for this, and was trying to figure out how to make a transparent splash screen and a chat, so I integrated both into one application, very small, but I believe someone might take a look through and enjoy it.

HOW TO USE:
1. Launch "Server.exe" it will open up a CMD like so, Spoiler (Click to View)
2. Next start the main application, "Project GC.exe"
4. type in a Username, no password needed as it references to nothing and honestly has no purpose being their.
3. Click "Login", and then in the next form click "Sign in" thus your name you used as your username will pop up in the CMD, and every message you send will be posted in the CMD and in the form! Spoiler (Click to View)

NOTES:
This is TCP ready if you want to put this on a computer or VPS with open ports all you have to do is change the IP in the source and you have a Chatroom (though there is no encryption)
