I used to enjoy the news but these days it's almost all filler and nothing of interest. User news is practically useless because there is no reason stated for bans and the font used for closed accounts is unreadable against the background. Nobody gives a shit who got fiftieth, hundredth post or any other number of post for that matter. Absolute shitty material that serves no purpose whatsoever other than to fill a few lines. Most times I see the interviews they've been interviewed before by the news team and asked the same questions. Absolutely ridiculous that the same old people get interviewed time after time in a forum of this size.

You mention specifically that the User News is useless because "there is no reason stated for bans ," correct? Let's analyze this!

Of the listed bans this week (both active and expired), 100% of them had a stated reason for why these accounts were banned. Of the listed bans in the 184th News edition, more than 70% of the active and expired bans had listed reasons for why the accounts were banned. In the 183rd News edition, we again have 100% of the reasons for both active and expired bans listed. In the 182nd edition, we again have 100%. Perhaps it's a tad incorrect to state that "there is no reason stated got bans," no?

Now, I do agree with you in regard to your statement, "the font used for closed accounts is unreadable against the background." However, the reason for this is because Omniscient decided that closed accounts should be, for the lack of better words, "looked over." They, without a doubt, should not stand out in comparison to others account names; and that's just what is emphasized when attempting to view closed account names.

Lastly, "Nobody gives a shit who got fiftieth, hundredth post or any other number of post for that matter." This statement is incorrect.
