You really should read the help documents, which explicitly lines out the guidelines for posting on HF. Like them or not, they are what Omniscient says we are to comply with.

I'm pretty sure exceptions to the rules have been made before.
IF a moderator does junk this, it discourages people from alerting the community, resulting in more scammers getting off.
Seems legit. I definitely wouldn't deal with this guy, thanks for the heads up.
P.S.: To the backseat mini-mods crying in this thread, report it and move on. He's trying to do something good and help out the community but all you care about is some rule that really doesn't matter in this case. Bureaucrats.
