New Thread Design (Portfolio) [WIP]

Hello guys, my portfolio thread design is outdated so I have decided to re-create it. I have noticed a lot of unique and interesting flat designs so I decided to give it a go. Please let me know what you think. It's currently a work in progress so suggestions on how to improve and what new features to add would be appreciated highly!

(The circles are inspired by a tutorial on youtube, if they seem familiar)

Will all the whitespace on the bottom be filled with something? Designs, vouches, etc?

Yes it's a work in progress at the moment, just focusing on getting the header and secondary section correct first.

the perspective of the desk is ridiculous, if you sat in a seat you probably wouldn't be able to reach the keyboard. Most of the vectors on the top of the design need proper detailing with shadows, highlights and some lighting. The step process could be a bit more spaced out.
i'm not a douche, i'm just honest
Image not loading for me, can you post the link? thanks.

The design is properly spaced, I used a grid system. If it looks weird, it's you. Also, the vector isn't there to represent an actual desk to a proper perspective, it's just there to connote a portfolio, average web designer desk. It's more for the connotion than the visual.

Seems pretty pointless then if you ask me, you're trying to attract customers, so why wouldn't you add proper detailing?

Well, it's a flat design. Flat designs are flat colours with flat styles, they rarely use drop shadows, especially lighting etc. But it isn't pointless, it's there as representative.

But, I appreciate your feedback and maybe I can tweak it slightly.
Nice. The typography might need some work.
The desk elements, did you created them? The clock reminds me of an Icon I've seen before.

Typography? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

And unfortunately not. I'm not good at vectors at all so I pinched a freebie licensed workspace vector online.

Line height in this-

Looks crammed and too much text.

If this has drop shadow-

How come the other headings don't?

Ahh ok I see. May adjust the text.

And at first I wasn't sure about the drop shadow, but now looking at, it is probably best without.
