I am new around here and I see there is a 120 second posting restriction. Is this just for all normal members (non-upgraded) or does it stop a certain number of posts?

It reduces to 20 seconds for ub3rs, that's what I know.

Yeah, it is reduced for l33ts too but I couldn't tell you how much to. Maybe 40-60 seconds?

Maybe until you hit a certain prestige. Just dont spam post and read some replies and I think you will be ok.

Prestige hasn't been implemented into site benefits yet, Omniscient was considering using it for SRPP.

As it's the one intellectual forum on here, and he recently made it L33t/Ub3r, to stop troll's, but by using prestige it would allow in affect HQ normal member to be active in that section. That's my guess anyway, I've seen no proof he actually has considered using it (but I believe it's a good idea)
