Synopsis:
When he was a child, Murakami was infatuated with a girl he called Kuroneko. She insisted on knowing about aliens and having met them, but no one believed her, even young Murakami was skeptical. One day, she decides to show him the aliens, but an accident occurs and Kuroneko dies while Murakami is left seriously wounded in the hospital.

Years go by and Murakami obsesses on finding proof of the existence of aliens because of a promise he had made with Kuroneko. Then, one day, a new transfer student comes to his class, who not only looks a lot like Kuroneko, but is named Kurohaneko!

And even though she insists on never having met Murakami before, the girl has superhuman strength and seems to even be able to predict the future!

How will Murakami's life change now that he has been saved by this mysterious girl that claims to be a magician?

My take:
Brynhildr was a manga I started reading the days of its first scanlation, purely based on coincidence I noticed it... What I had expected was not the light and dark plot mix with just a fantastic ability to keep my eyes glued, no I had expected some feel good wishy plot based in a tad bit of sadness that would then get boring after 3 updates... I couldn't have been more wrong. How the anime will handle everything is another matter, we should be seeing a fun amount of gore. I highly recommend just picking up the manga, but if that is not your thing just go watch it weekly.

Anyways, I saw this show would be airing from the release trailer, which apparently didn't really show the true nature of the anime. I've actually been pretty excited to start watching it, and it'll probably be one of the few that I keep up with this season 😝

I plan on one shotting it, I'm already watching enough anime series that are currently airing or that I'm just watching. Also watching some series friends recommended me so I have plenty of things to watch as of now 😝

The first episode doesn't really give you the correct impression of how the show actually is.
I remember reading some of the manga, and this shit is actually quite messed up.
The first episode is really tame compared to the upcoming shit.
It's still a promising show tho. :3
