The only requirement is a working mastercard you can just borrow you're freinds card if you don't have any. It wont be charged.

Im not sure what you mean?
You just use a casual mastercard and add a little trick in order to get the free gametime :)

No :) It dosen't require any specific location. The method is exclusive to this ebook as far as i know.
