It's a vector , i just uploaded it to facebook then here, that's why it reduces the quality dramatically, ;) and im on my other laptop so i just used the one i posted on fb. hahaha :)

I suggest you use the align the shapes properly so that they merge precisely. like this part:



the outer glows or gradients within the eyes could be removed. they don't belong with the rest of the cartoon. I mean if you're going to incorporate gradients, have it on everything.

Next step for you might be improve the detailing of this piece, like the insides. Clean up the paths; no sloppy pen tool work.
