It is entirely dependant on your websites content, and the visitors themselves.
If they find your sites content interesting, they might take further look around and stay for longer.
But its not something i am controlling, as these are real human visitors

Yes, i have had some clients that have used the traffic for sites that redirect to CPA/PPD offers, but i havent recieved any conversion statistics from them.
