I'm assuming that you're just learning how to code? Not a bad release at all... I'm sure someone will have some use for it ;)
Assuming this is your first program, looks nice. Keep working!

I see ho made one like that without the source for that i post a one with the source 😁
I was surprised that your project is actually not that bad (I'm used to seeing worse)!

Just a few things to keep in mind for the future:
-In future projects, make sure Option Strict is on! It will build proper programming form.
- Calling the clear() method like you have on eighteen text boxes can easily be shortened if you store the controls in an array and loop through them.
- You are currently using the + operator to concatenate strings. Since this character is used for math operations, use & or String.Concat to join the strings.
- StreamWriters implement the IDisposable interface, so use a Using...End Using block for your StreamWriter to make sure it disposes properly. Alternatively, modify your TryCatch statement similar to this:

Code
' Declare the StreamWriter here.
Try
    ' Whatever code you have here.
Catch ex As Exception
    ' Error handling here
Finally
    If {YOURSTREAMWRITER} IsNot Nothing Then
      {YOURSTREAMWRITER}.Dispose()
    End If
End Try
