Use PHP to interact with other webpages

Hi all, sorry for this question but I don't know where else to search (I'll keep searching on google).

By the way, I'm already experienced with other programming languages but I know very few of PHP. I would like to know if PHP is able to interact with other websites. Let's say I want to create a PHP script that can complete some textboxes in another pages and then click a specific button in that page.
Is it possible? Could you give me some tips?

Have a nice day.

It is a server side programming language so you interact with the server that is executing it. As for interacting with other servers or pages on that server, I don't think that will work.

I don't think this is possible either, since it requires you to do stuff on other websites.
I think Ajax is what you're looking for.

You can't send an ajax to another web.
Btw, there are workarounds using ajax+php.

You can try jquery + ajax but I don't know if you can do it that way. There is always more than one way to do it. Why not try another angle to program it?
Y'all are retarded. OP google cURL.

We all think he asked about interacting with the front end, not only the back end.

Ah.. Well I assumed he was looking to submit a form from the follwing;

"complete some textboxes in another pages and then click a specific button in that page."

It sounds to me like he wants to send a POST request to another site.
I already new about cURL. For the moment I've found another way to do what I'm looking for, in the future I'll try and see if there is another way, thank you very much everyone.
