After I done this "refresh" thing (the format you don't lose your files) my screen's speakers are not working while actually shows they do :

Uninstall and reinstall your Audio Drivers , it generally fixes the problem :) .
Are you using a desktop computer or a laptop ?
Also, what's your desktop/laptop brand and model ?
