Error 3194 when trying to shift + restore?

I'm trying to restore an iPhone 4 to a DFU'd IPSW (redsn0w) but after it's done extracting the firmware, right before it's going to restore, it returns an 3194 error. I've tried every possible solution from editing the hosts files to re-creating the IPSW, nothing works.
How can I fix this?

The iPhone 4 is running iOS 7.1.1.

Now, why would you do that? Most people would kill for the old one.

My little sister typed the password in wrong and disabled it so it says connect to itunes, if i put my sim in i can still get phone calls but cant use the phone untill i restore :L
Since you have tried other things, i suggest try a different computer, reinstalling itunes might solve the problem.
If you are still having this problem please add me on Skype so could help you resolve this problem
Ive had this before (2 weeks ago actually). I found that using another computer fixed my problem. If that does not work try entering DFU mode or Recovery mode w/o tinyumbrella. Still if not working use tinyumbrella:
1. Run TinyUmbrella,
2. Connect your iDevice and enter DFU mode,
3. Start the TSS Server,
4. Restore using iTunes while leaving TinyUmbrella open,
5. Done 👍
6. If this does not work (including different errors) restart from step 2 but enter Recovery Mode instead.
If you have trouble entering DFU/Recovery mode consult google.
Already restored the phone through my Macbook. Thanks anyways.
