I'm a freelance programmer and web designer. Being a college student makes it hard for me to obtain money, so I'm doing this.

Languages:

• Python - My best language by far.
  
• PHP - I've been working with it for awhile, and I'm above average.
  
• MySQL - I'm excellent with it.
  
• Bash - I work with Bash everyday.
  
• HTML & CSS (Web Design) - Been working with these for 4+ years.
  
• C# - Probably my weakest, but it's an easy language so I shouldn't have too much trouble.
  

Prices:

• Web Design (I consider this HTML, CSS, and sometimes PHP) - $8 per hour.
  
• Scripting (Python, Bash, C#, and sometimes PHP) - $10 per hour.
  

You'll be given as estimation of the time I think it'll take to complete.

You don't have to pay first if:

• 50+ rep
  
• Upgraded member
  
• No scam reports
  

You must meet all of those requirements.

Otherwise I get paid about 25% of my estimation up front, another 25% upon completion, and the last 50% when you get the source code/script/etc.

Payment Options:

• PayPal from trusted members.
  
• BTC.
  
• LTC.
  
• OMC.
  

Refunds are offered if:

• Script isn't functional (this won't be a problem because I'm testing them out).
  
• You're not satisfied, although I still can choose whether I want to refund you for this.
  
• I don't complete the project in time.
  

Other details:

• All projects should be completed within a couple of days, usually just one though.
  
• Cancellations can only be made in the first 24 hours after the purchase.
  
• If you cancel after 24 hours you must pay me for the hours I've worked.
  
• Contact will be made through PMs, Skype, or XMPP.
