All engines are updated. Which one you think is not?
For example Bitdefender. I scanned a file that is detected by Bitdefender PC version and your scanner doesn't detect it.

This is in scantime enviroment, not runtime.
Basically, your file will not be detected when it is downloaded by Bitdefender, but when it is executed, it will show up as malware since it isn't runtime fud.
It's detected during right-click scan too.

It is highly likely due to a runtime checking feature because this is the updated engine.
