So i'm not upgraded member and i shouldn't be able to post images in my signature. So i will just post it manually like now. Is this allowed?
I guess you could as there is no rules against it, But it will be a bit of a pain in the ass adding it to each reply you make.

This is allowed I guess, but you're not allowed to post pictures in every section of HF, I believe you're not allowed to post pictures in the lounge for example.

I think pictures at lounge are fine. I don't see any rules against it.
No this would be bypassing the rule and you will be banned for doing so and all posts containing the image will be removed.
