I do not think omc-wallet stored that many omc. My guess is that he also hacked omniwallet.

Actually he did report it and notify people that the wallet was insecure. Anyone who kept their OMC there after he posted was stupid.

I came to the same conclusion but because of the blockchain explorers limiting I wasn't able to fully prove it. I was sure it was him but I figured somebody like you would post this within the day, thanks for bringing it to light but I'm not happy he's made so much money off everybody else.
