Look, your right Viral. I entirely get where you coming from. I also get that over 100 people are probably watching us debate. However, I still want to clarify something.
I know Omni is capable. He is very very good at what he does. However, he is an adult, with kids, and has shit to do. I personally do not. I am almost always at school, work, or on HF. When someone does something like this, I don't just sit back and let someone else do the work. The parents have him seeing a therapist and are attempting to get him to refund the money.
I also have not broken any laws, other than email bomb if that is illegal. I called his parents, and spoke with them, and continued from there.

Also, I can't say everything he has done as some does minorly incriminate me, but I will say that:
-He has 1 more uber account on this site at LEAST. He did not show me it, but I have done skype calls with him and know he isn't lying. This Ub3r is accessed from a different house in a different PLACE, as in, not even with 50km of his current residence, so he stays safe.
-He has scammed well over minimum wage for the average adult in the past year. He has done a TON of things.
-He DDoSed my friend/ex girlfriend for NO reason other than to get to me to not type this. I have since set up protection for her, but regardless, it is not cool.
-He attempted to extort me, assuming falsely that I give a flying SHIT about my personal info.

I am not going to be able to provide proof. He isn't stupid. He has not typed any sensitive information. And if I report his other accounts to Omni, he has something he can do to me which I really can not allow to happen.

His parents are dealing with it. There is nothing I am going to do that will leave an impact.

Also, someone robbed my house around a year ago. The cops never caught them. If I found out who, I would not do anything other than call the cops. I do not agree with Gravzy at all.

I don't see why members are having a moral debate in this thread. A few simple facts.

1. Kid has scammed lots and lots of members.
2. He continually targets the HF community.
3. He's stolen at least $2k worth of member value but likely much more and unless stopped will continue to do so.
4. Has bragged about his endeavors repeatedly.

So I don't feel sorry for him and I think he needs to be made an example of. The community should not tolerate his behavior. Short of being put into hell for all eternity I think he deserves what he gets and I don't feel sorry for him at all. For all we know he'll grow up to be a lifetime criminal unless he's stopped now.
