Is this site ripped off of some template that's available online?

I am really curious to know whether they made this themselves or used ripped off an available design and just changed the content (I think this because some of the sites in the page are not complete, they're just blank).

Interestingly, the Wordpress theme is named Hiconsoft according to where the assets are stored on the site, which leads me to believe it's a custom theme (unless, to your point, it's taken from elsewhere and renamed -- but typically if that happens they don't take the time to change the wordpress theme asset directory).

Why wouldn't they? They provide web services so I don't think its unlikely that they took the time to change it. Their reputation can be destroyed if that ever leaks.

Wordpress themes are easy to customize. That is probably what they did.
