174.93.229.117 and 65.94.255.138 are both Canadian IPs, which I believe you are indeed Canadian.
As you can see, the current IP showing was logged in before your actual IP.

I'm guessing this is one of your proxies/VPN/VPS.
If you notice,
First the fuck, who the fuck are you? Second of all, I don't even use VPNs because I don't care who has/got my IP.
Third of all, that IP there is from the actual Microsoft Skype Center whenever you cannot resolve an IP. That's what returns from the Skype Resolver when you're blocking resolvers.
Get your shit right before making your post.
I don't give a fuck anyone. Believe what the fuck you want to believe. Thanks for fucking ruining my shit just because you were not sastified. Enjoy my Skype, I already pmed most of my customers telling them to not deal with that Skype or to confirm via HF to see if it's me.
This is why kids, you do not deal with people from the Dark Web.

I resolved my own Skype and there's a Microsoft IP that popped up and that only happens when you have specially crafted tools against skype resolvers (That I do not use) since you can see my other IPs there as well.
I can't even login to Skype right now but someone is on it right now since I'm receiving PM Confirmations from people

No I did not what the fuck? The reason that guy got fucked up is because he posted some stupid post and the people I help did not appreciate it.
Look I ain't got shit to explain to you. You got your product, it's working fine and now you got someone to take over my Skype.
Go back to the Dark Web kid.
I resolved it and got
"168.63.125.125 | 174.93.229.117 | 213.199.179.142 | 65.94.255.138 "
Checked them and 174.93.229.117 and 65.94.255.138 seem legit

I'm not saying with 100% that you did indeed scam him, but it looks like it.
It's just a shame whenever people do actually scam, they claim "Muh skype was jacked" then go on a massive scamming spree then everyone just blames on it these magical Skype jackers.

Those two are legit. The 174 was the one I had few days ago before resetting my router and the 65. was the one I had few hours ago before I got knocked offline.

So, you act like you "run every booter on HF", but can't seem to stay anonymous or secure a skype?
Don't know why you act like this.

I got too much to lose here to scam people. I wouldn't waste my time investing in shit for HF to just get banned and leave everything to die.
Let me tell you what happened,
The guy came to me asking me for a setup so he paid me via BTC and I set it up for him. Then he started complaining that it wasn't hitting so I decided to stream my desktop hitting 2 people off and showing him that it indeed works. He did not listen and said it still doesn't work so decided to ask for a refund and I told my that he accepted the ToS when sending the payment and that all sales were final but I'll do an exception and give him $50 whenever I come back on the 15th. He then stood quiet, I went to bed and got woken up by multiple people telling me that I did a mass message and it wasn't in the normal format that I use.
Since usually all of my mass messages are in a professional format with the <username> tag. Apparently, this one was a single line and that's why they contacted me. So as I try to enter my Skype password, it did not work and I cannot reset it due to me forgetting my email associated with it so I need to wait till I come back to contact Skype and sort this out.
You can believe what you want, I couldn't care less but make sure you believe the right person.
PS: Your stresser has been suspended for violating the ToS.

How do I act like anything? I fucking sell setups for the love of god. Do you see anywhere written stating 0x68 is the god of stressers?

I can confirm this.
I got a message that didn't even seem like his writing that matches the times.
"hey, looking for new deal on servers before I go on vacation? BIG DDOS" - 1:40PM EST
I can't screenshot as on phone but I can. Later.

That's easy to change + the logged IP's beg to differ; even if his Skype WAS hacked, this scam report took place a while ago.

Right this proves everything! EVERYBODY ON HF KNOWS THAT I DO NOT SELL SERVERS, ONLY APIS.
I get PMs on a daily basis asking for servers and I refuse them since I do not offer ANY Servers.
Along with your scam, can you explain the rep abuse part?

Stop fucking putting your head up your friends ass and actually use your fucking common sense. I showed him it works, there's fucking proof of him understanding that it works. Just because the targets he's trying to take down isn't going down, doesn't mean it's not working.
It was sending 1.0 to 1.5GBPS per attack. It's not my fucking fault if his target isn't going down, as long the API is hitting.

Are you denying begging me+3 others to neg rep another user? Are you saying your HF account and Skype were compromised for over a week ago?

That sounds exactly like something someone would say who's covering their tracks.
Still not 100% accusations, just saying.

First of all, that has nothing to do with this dispute.
Second, I did not tell anyone to do anything, I've already specified that in an earlier post.
