Read the scam-report that started the " skype got jacked " mess, there you'll find all proff.
Wow, I considered doing business with him recently, glad I didn't seems looks like a pleb.
I is here

I did read it, and the 'proof' is all circumstantial. I'm not denying whether he get scammed or not, but I know for a fact that the Skype password change didn't register on mobile devices when I used it.

Well, he might have scammed he might not have. Let's see how It turns out, seems sketchy that he took a vacation ban.

Seems like you jumped the gun. Perhaps you should wait before making baseless accusations next time.

"Baseless" oh boy. My accusastion I's based on the sketchy leave he did and the fact he has more than one scam report. There you have the base of my accusastion.

By your logic, everyone who takes a vacation ban is automatically a scammer? And you're accusation is that he scammed, and his Skype wasn't jacked. This thread is about his Skype being jacked, not about him being a scammer. Refer to the thread title. You have no solid proof that he/she hasn't had their Skype jacked. Until then, you your assumptions ARE baseless.

>See's a huge scam report on him.
>Tries to convience people It's jacked.
>Takes a 2 week vacation ban but says that he will still take time off to do deals over 100$+

I didn't accuse him of scamming because of the vacation ban, I wrote " It seems sketchy ".

Actually there was. When your Skype password is changed you are logged out of all computers which it is signed into. 0x68 was posting logs from his Skype AFTER he claimed it was hacked.
I'll be waiting for you in your closet when you get home from "vacation" 0x68

If I'm not mistaken, Skype works as a peer to peer transfer type of thing. If I'm logged into computer A, and talk to person B, then it'll show the conversation on computer A and B, but then if I log into computer C, I won't have any record of the conversation unless computer A and B are online to transfer logs. :)

He did say "Looks like OP Is covering up his scam."
He didn't accuse him with anything, he's merely stating how the whole situation looks like to him.

He claimed the password was changed. On the thread people claimed that this causes users to be logged out of Skype and it was then verified by people who tested it. What this means is that 0x68 should not have had access to the Skype logs because it logs you out of every computer you are signed into with Skype . 0x68 after claiming that his password was changed proceeded to post logs of Skype claiming that his account was still logged in from before despite users proving that he should have been logged out if a password change occurred. :)
This might not be the right time to post this, but I feel that it should be noted: Protecting Yourself From HF and Members

I am a newbie here, does this sort of malicious activity happen often on these forums? I'm concerned because I considered posting my skype on here. Irregardless of whether or not this story is true or false, should I be on the alert for people trying to steal my skype? I've been reading through all the help documents and came across this thread and thought I'd share.
