For me it would be In Clannad After Story when that one person died and in dragonballz when Vegeta and Goku sacrificed themselves. Also when I was little I found the Pokemon movie sad when Ash got turned to stone.

Saddest moment i think is when robin gave up her life for the one piece crew... and then one piece crew came and save her.

This was pretty heart breaking, Oda (author of one piece) is really good at making touching plots!
