I know? Obviously, but nothing keeps any trusted member from grabbing a VPN and scamming for amounts which are lower than their account's worth. Besides saying "I got hacked" would just make him exempt of any responsibility when it should NOT be the case. Now I'm not saying HE did scam but I'm not saying he didn't.
