Hey

The White Hat Hacker description is a bit off.
Let's take the official one from Wikipedia is it's closer to the reality : The term "white hat" refers to an ethical computer hacker, or a computer security expert, who specializes in penetration testing and in other testing methodologies to ensure the security of an organization's information systems. This hacker act with the approbation/accord of the network, system, etc. owner in order to conduct his tests on the mentionned network and test it's security.
