What would you recommend for someone that has limited resources? I don't have much access to computers, I tend to do stuff from my phone. time is of the essence

My #1 suggestion - do the small trivial shit to build up money. Like $500 or so, hire coders, deisgners etc and fill a hole in the market.
You manage it, you take the profits - give some to the people who work for you... use the profit to develop bigger projects.. that is how to make a business!
