I found out what the problem is.

When you click on the referral link you get this right?



Well it says "Atmos Baselayer" meaning you have to either get:

I was lucky enough to be able to purchase an Atmos shirt for free yesterday when the code actually worked.
While browsing around, I stumbled upon this thread again, and decided to take a second look for anyone who was having trouble.

My discovering for why the code says "The checkout does not meet the requirements set by the shop for this discount" when trying to check out is simply because the code doesn't seem to reduce the price of anything that is less than or equal to the $38 anymore. Which means if you want to use the code at all, you'll actually have to spend a bit extra buying something else.

The cheapest combination that I'd see fit for this code to work would be like $28(Shirt)+$18(Shirt) which would equal a total of $46. That means after the $38 off discount, you'd still be paying a total of $8 (Which isn't half bad if you like the brand).

Okay soo they came in today for me and the quality is amazing I was able to get 8 shirts (I thought they were only shipping 7 in my last post because 7 tracking numbers but got all 8)

It was. Now it isn't, they changed the deal.
It used to be a free $38 T-shirt with free shipping. Now you have to pay $8 to get a shirt + something else + free shipping.

The quality is pretty good so I mean it's kind of worth it.
