LMAO Come on, man. Just jailbreak your iDevice (there are jailbreaks for everything up to and including 7.1.1) and download the Cydia tweak "LocaliAPStore" from Bite Your Apple repo.

That does not work for online games like TDK claims it does.

Mostly server based games. LocaliAPStore only works on some apps.
For example it would not work for clash of clans and Simpsons tapped out because they are based on servers.
