In this guide I'll teach you how to IRREVERSIBLY DELETE ALL DATA from your machine. ALL you need is a 1+ GB USB / FLASH Drive.

DBAN-2.2.8_i586.iso
Universal USB Installer

Instructions:
1. Open Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.5.4.exe

2. Select DBAN from the drop down list and follow the on-screen instructions

3. Keep the USB plugged into your port since you never know when you might have to nuke all your data.

4. When the time comes, BOOT your computer, go to BIOS or BOOT MENU and choose your USB / FLASH Drive, now you will be greeted with this screen:

5. Type autonuke with your keyboard and ALL data on ALL drives on the computer (including your USB) will be wiped.

It will corrupt the data for-sure but I wouldn't count on it if there is any critical material on the HDD.

The magnet would be useless and get you a tampering or destroying evidence charge.
Force magnetic microscopy will correct and bring the scrambled bits and bytes back to the top. Good fight.
