From what I heard they either close you or repfuck if you do this, so releasing this might not be the best thing to do

Hmm, I'll ask an admin. Thanks for the heads up.
Unless you were to code your own theme specifically for a single project, am I really the only one who thinks the default theme looks the best?

For the glory of humanity

I personally greatly dislike the default theme, it's just a matter of opinion.

People who just got into programming never realise that.

To be fair, this section is full of idiots, so you kind of have to see where he's coming from lol.
Great program good work, this will replace the letters with similar unicode one right ?

Wrong, at the end of the name it adds 1 - 10 invisible chars, choosing between 2 different ones randomly :)
This way, you can see search for peoples profiles and find them :D

Thanks. Let me know if you have any changes I should make.

I thought instead of adding invisible spaces it would be using ASCII letters which look like normal letters letting the user choose a username which should work and look legit without invisible characters.

At-least, that's what I read from a tutorial in the Lounge sometime last week.

That would work, but you would not be able to search for that users profile, therefore making it annoying.
Omni has closed accounts with invisible usernames.

But these aren't invisible usernames. These are usernames with invisible characters. Different.

Nowhere in that thread did anybody mention 100% invisible usernames. It is implied he is talking about invisible characters, as the rest of the discussion is based around that.

That's Omni's statement. Invisible usernames.
