Does this require a proxy? Also, do you have to have to generate or scrape your own usernames?

This guy is legit and so it netify! It's pretty dope I got a list of accounts, and its pretty awesome! I recommend buying it! Its hella cheap, and you can sell these irl for like $5/piece. Profit!!
