First off I am making this post as my 1,000th post. (Woooooh! 🤗) I figured I should make this post something fairly HQ and bring my opinion and views of HF public. I've seen a couple of people do this here and there. So yes I know it isn't something I made up--but rather something I always enjoyed reading and seeing how other people viewed HackForums.
My Beginning
(The start of my HF career)
I got introduced to HF through some internet "friends". We were starting up a project and they always mentioned HF. I figured I would sign up. Throughout the beginning I didn't really post much. I would lurk, learn, and ask questions when I needed help. I got bitched at for leeching, apparently using a code someone posted publicly on a thread while not being UB3R is against the law, which personally I thought was quite dumb and introduced me to some of the "harsher" members. Although through this I also found many helpful members which guided me and which I spoke to daily via skype. I was enjoying HFs and getting pulled in more-so by the day.
What I Learned
I learned many things on HF. I learned a wide variety of things and learned them in depth. I "studied" botnets, RATs, stressers, MyBB, HTML, CSS, and many other things. I've been involved in a few projects in my free time. I was not heavy in the "money making" side of HF, but more-so trying to being involved in learning, community, and helping where I could.
Opinions
Rep, members, groups, etc.
Within about the first month of joining someone attempted to scam me for $300, 300$, and 400$ (all different instances). These where all high repped members which really showed me how you can't trust someone on here just because of their past interactions on the site.
Personally I think that almost everyone on this site is trying to grow their epenis and increase their rep. I also believe this may not be as bad as everyone puts it to be. I believe this could shapes people character, lead them to being more helpful, and being more involved in the community--which after all, isn't that what a forum is all about?
Through out my "journey" I have also seen many well known members and have experienced first hand why they are indeed well known. Many members on here are helpful, great business men, and enjoyable to talk to. While there are those who just bitch and whine you gotta learn to try and avoid them. For some try to make your "stay" a living hell.
Now for groups. I believe "personal" groups on HF are a brilliant idea. While although I have not been able to experience on first hand (yet...hopefully) I believe they only emphasize the sense of community and offer many great benefits to the community. But some people are too "group hungry". While no doubt, it would be awesome to eventually get into a group myself and meet, interact, and learn from members of the same interest, I do not support that people should "buy-in" to a group. I believe it ruins the point of a group. If a group doesn't choose the members they need then it would take meaning out of the group and be filled with 14 year olds with their mummy's credit card.
TL;DR
Overall, I highly enjoy HackForums. I am on almost 24/7 and am still loving every aspect of HF. It is a great place to make money, make friends, learn new stuff, get help, and be a help. While I know I am still fairly "new" to HF, I hope to only be more involved in groups, deals, members and become more community involved.
Thanks for reading and I would love to see your views on my opinions. May edit this as more crap pops into my head.
Didn't make it all colorful because I am typing this on my phone and personally don't like all the colors. But tried to make it as neat as possible.
Peace.
Congrats on 1000. Hopefully you stick around for a few more. 🤝
I beat off to this:

Was thinking of making a "shoutout" section, but figured I'd forget some people and just too much of a hassle :p

Meh. Nothing compared to many members on here. But it's a nice start and figured I should make a thread like this eventually. Sorry if it doesn't excite you. ;)
