You can use hex values of the text you want to add.
Convert your text in to hex.
Throw the hex in to either group_concat, or straight in to the vulnerable column.
(Hex must start with '0x')

Example:
Text - Yorkiebar
Hex - 596f726b6965626172
Hex to use - 0x596f726b6965626172
