Hi,
Happened 3 times now. I was in school yesterday and my PC randomly hibernated, turned on, hibernated and then turned on.
I thought that was weird but it stopped then.
Today, when watching youtube, it just hibernated, I turned it on. I searched on Google for the problem and even while MOVING the mouse and typing, it just hibernated.
I just turned it back on and haven't happened since.
Any idea what it could be?
My power schedule is fine.
EDIT:
Just checked the Eventviewer and it's saying that The driver %2 for device %4 stopped the power transition.
Is that cause an outdated driver or another problem?
Can you copy/paste the exact error message from the Event Viewer here ?
It would help.

Your computer could be hibernating after it has been idle for the specified amount of time check the power scheme setting to change when your computer sleeps.
Your computer could be hibernating after battery charge level drops to below usually 5% percent remaining your laptop will immediately go into Hibernate mode. Open the "Power Options" and click "Change plan settings” link.
Next you’ll want to click the “Change advanced power settings” and expand Battery section and configure "Critical Battery Level" setting.
You can also filter the sleeping event logs by opening the Event Viewer and expand "Windows Logs" then click on the 'System' event log.
Right-click, and then choose "Filter Current Log". Input the event id 42 number into input box above the "Task category" input box.
In the "Event sources" window, click the drop-down and put a check-mark beside "Kernel-Power" and then click "OK.
You will see listing of sleep events logs and look at the the "General" tab at the very bottom for each Event ID 42 for sleep events the reason of system going to sleep will be shown.
You might be ratted. Someone might just be messing with you by putting your computer into hibernate. Aura is more experienced than me in this field so I'll let him decide.

It's fine. It's even while moving the mouse and it was the first thing I checked. :-)

Nope. I might not be an genius on computers, but I know more than the average and I know how to keep my PC clean. Also, I haven't downloaded or being on websites with Drive-by for months. I also scan my PC often and check my folders manually. Rats are easy to check for, as they're pretty noisy on the PC and network.

The UID (or SID) is specific to your computer, we can't do anything with it so its safe to post it. Or just send me it via PM if you wish.

Impressed. I wrote in the thread what the problem was caused by, but not sure how to fix it. I also wrote that my power settings are fine. As I wrote, I'm no computer genius, but I know way more than the average person. I also know how to set my power settings, so it's not turning off. As I wrote, it's even while moving the mouse. The battery was not low.
If I just asked "My PC hibernated. Help" you could think i'm dumb to computers and have no idea what I click on. But as I even wrote where the problem is coming from and you then start to talk about the power scheme.
But thanks about the Event Viewer tips by the way. :-)
Didn't find anything about your error message you sent me.
Go in your Device Manager and take a screenshot of what you see.
Post it here.
